Del.icio.us is a social bookmarking (see social bookmarking video link below) tool that saves me a ton of time. It takes minutes to setup and learn. Basically, it allows me to tag sites (similar to adding to my favorites) and then have access to these sites from any computer I am using – not just the computer I’m using!
